Support
Write to the Court: ricardo@pdpconsultoria.one
In the game, open Kingdom Settings (gear) > Support and diagnostics > “Write to the Court”: the email already includes the diagnostics. Or tap “Copy diagnostics” and paste the text into your message. The diagnostics include the app and iOS versions, the device model and the game state, with no device identifiers. We usually reply within 3 business days.
Frequently asked questions
I made a purchase and the item didn’t appear.
Close and reopen the game while connected to the internet. If that doesn’t fix it, go to Kingdom Settings > Purchases > “Restore purchases”. Permanent items (Royal Pack, Matilda’s Assistant, cosmetics, passes) and an active VIP come back. Crowns already delivered do not appear again, because they are already in your balance. If something is still missing, send us the diagnostics and the Apple receipt (the purchase confirmation email).
How do I cancel VIP?
On your iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Dook Quest > Cancel Subscription. In the game: Shop > VIP > “Manage subscription”. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal. The benefits continue until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. See Purchases and subscriptions.
How do I request a refund?
Payments are made through Apple, and Apple decides. Ask in the game, in Kingdom Settings > Purchases > “Request a refund”, or at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have any trouble, write to us and we will help. See Refunds and right of withdrawal.
How do Mustelia Chests work?
Each chest gives one piece of equipment of Rare rarity or better. Before you pay, the Shop shows the complete item, with every attribute and the legendary effect, if any, and you get exactly that item. No purchase in the game has a random result. See What you get.
I got a new iPhone. How do I bring my kingdom?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and keep iCloud turned on for Dook Quest (Settings > [your name] > iCloud), and keep the “Sync with iCloud” option turned on in Kingdom Settings. When you open the game on the new iPhone, your progress comes from iCloud. If the two devices have different progress, the game asks which one you want to keep.
The widget or the Live Activity doesn’t appear.
Widget: touch and hold the Home Screen > Edit > Add Widget > Dook Quest. Live Activity: it starts when Sir Dook sets out on a run. Check that Live Activities are turned on in Settings > Dook Quest. If the widget seems stuck, open the game once.
The reward video won’t load.
Videos need an internet connection and, sometimes, no video is available in your region at that moment. Try again later. Videos are always optional.
Walk with Sir Dook isn’t counting my steps.
Turn on the Walk in the Adventure tab and allow access in Settings > Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness > Dook Quest. The count comes from the iPhone itself and is read while the game is open. The Walk is a game feature and is not a substitute for health advice.
I’m not getting kingdom alerts.
In Kingdom Settings, turn on “Kingdom alerts”. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications > Dook Quest.
I want to start over.
Kingdom Settings > “Restart the kingdom”. The village, items, skills and chapters go back to the beginning. Crowns and purchases stay with you. To delete everything, see Data deletion.
How do I limit a child’s purchases?
Use Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases, or turn on “Ask to Buy” in Family Sharing.
I saw an inappropriate ad or want to report a safety issue.
Write to ricardo@pdpconsultoria.one describing what happened (if you can, with the date, the time and a screenshot). We will review it and, where appropriate, ask Google to block the advertiser. Use the same channel to report any concern about the safety of children and teens in the game.
How do I delete my data?
Follow the steps in Data deletion. To find out what the game sends, see the Privacy Policy.
